Little Ghost - Ksenia Novikova

A little ghost kitty from Ksenia Novikova: a white sheet-ghost with cat ears, big blue-ringed eyes, and black backstitched whiskers. The ghostly edges are shaded in pale aqua and blue, fading down to a curled tail at the bottom.

Stitched on 36ct Mystic Edinburgh linen by Picture This Plus. The mottled dark blue reads like a night sky behind the ghost and makes the white glow. The chart is only 38 × 64 stitches, with 11 DMC shades (two of them blends), full stitches, and backstitch. On 36ct it came out tiny.

Started October 15 and finished October 18, 2026. The backstitching was the last day’s job.

Not to be confused with Little Ghost, the Durene Jones trio I stitched back in 2019. Same name, different ghost.
